Levi represents rural electric cooperatives, local governments, and private businesses as general counsel. He has extensive experience in electric utility, business and real estate matters. Levi enjoys providing practical legal advice to his clients as they navigate the complicated legal issues surrounding their business decisions.

    

Levi grew up in Holyoke, CO, graduating from Holyoke High School. He enjoys hunting, camping, water skiing, and spending time with his wife, Karin, and their two boys, Evan and Jack.

Kelly represents Northeastern Colorado governments, including several counties, towns, and housing authorities. In addition to Kelly’s government work, Kelly provides a wide range of legal services in Colorado and Nebraska from your business to estate planning, probate, and real estate needs. Kelly enjoys providing a wide range of knowledge and ideas for whatever your present legal situation requires.

Kelly grew up in Julesburg, CO and graduated from Julesburg High School. She enjoys golfing, paddle boarding, and other outdoor activities in addition to spending time with her friends, family, and Great Pyrenees, Atticus.

Bryson represents rural electric cooperatives, private for-profit and non-profit businesses, local governments, and individuals in a variety of matters including contracts, business entity organization, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant, corporate governance, estate planning, personal injury, etc.  With an eye towards community and the unique legal circumstances arising from life in rural Colorado, Bryson enjoys working collaboratively with clients to produce practical, client-tailored solutions.

 

Bryson is a 4th generation resident of northeast Colorado. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, film, literature, and spending time with his wife, Tara, and their son, William.

Callie represents a wide range of businesses and individuals planning for future successes and solving problems, if necessary. Particularly, Callie aids her Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming clients with estate planning, probate, a variety of contracts, real estate and energy. Whether the client is located in a small town or a big city, one of her favorite aspects of being a lawyer is using her diverse experience to come up with smart solutions for all her clients.

 

Callie is a Colorado native with an agriculture background. When she is not working, she enjoys riding her horses, traveling, baking, and spending time with family, friends, and Nugget, her Corgi.
